You also miss drawing ears, even though the hair covers them, they should be still visible.
I don't mind the nose is missing, but the mouth seems to be places a bit too tall. I'm not sure what's that near the cheek, but i'm sure it's probably accidental.
Hair shading is quite good. But you might need to determine where the light source comes from, so that the highlights don't look like you got lights from all awkward directions.
Shoulder is slouched sideways but that's ok.
